13+ Charisma

Dark Urge is normally a melee champion but he can become magic after choosing his Storm Sorcery specialisation. This means he can potentially benefit from both Melee and Magic nodes.

The Magic core is so far ahead of the other cores that it’s really the only choice for Dark Urge. Though it is worth noting that it doesn’t have any health nodes.
